GUARANTEE 
       INVESTMENT OF USD39,800.-
 
1.   Adiefare Ent. Ltd. will issue an Ownership Document, signed at a Canadian Notary
      Public, stating that the investor is entitled the following:
a)   45% ownership of the land (based on the Land Title Document issued by the
      Government/Land Title Department in Indonesia) stating the complete address,
b)   45% ownership of the future concrete building on the property, approximate
      size: 8 m x 16 m x 4 stories. The top floor will be about 8 m x 8 m for the
      entry and exit of the swallows; and a 2-bedroom guardhouse,
c)   45% of future profits resulting from the land and building at any time after
      the full investment has been paid.
2.   After the full investment has been paid, no additional money will have to be paid by
      the investor.
3.   Investors are welcome to visit their properties at any time they wish at their own
      expense; Adiefare Ent. Ltd. will provide FREE inland local transportations for two people
4.   Options after a 5 year period:
a)   Adiefare Ent. Ltd. will keep the building, continuing in profit sharing with the
      investor from the nest sales (55/45) until a further decision to sell,
b)   Adiefare Ent. Ltd. will sell the building at a maximum price and sharing with
      the investor (55/45),
c)   In the case of failure that no swallows are nesting in the building, the land
      and building will be sold at the maximum price and the investor will be
      refunded 80% of the total net sale.
5.   For term 4 – a, b, or c, Adiefare Ent. Ltd. will send investors a notification to their
      last reporting address, informing the investor of which option will be taken. The
      notification will also contain information for investors who may wish to attend the
      sale transaction. There will be a limited waiting period.
6.   When a profit has been made from the investment, the investor will be entitled to
      45% of all maintenance and administration fees, which will be deducted from their
      payment from the profit sharing. NO PROFIT NO DEDUCTION.
7.   Adiefare Ent. Ltd. will send the investor their payment from the profit sharing every
      six months.
8.   Only 80% of the investment will be refunded if the inventor wishes to cancel a fully
      paid investment before the start of construction.
9.   If the investor wishes to cancel further investment on a property with a partially or
      fully constructed building within a 5 year period, only 40% will be refunded from the
      selling price, upon the building being successfully sold.
    10.  All legal charges and other fees for terms 8 and 9  will be taken from the investor’s
           account, which will be deducted from the refund.
    11.  When a good offer comes along within the 5 year period, Adiefare Ent. Ltd. will sell
           the building and share the net selling price with the investor at 55/45, the 45% will
           not be less than 150% of the invested value unless the investor agrees to sell for
           a return less than 150% of the invested value.
    12.  Adiefare Ent. Ltd. is responsible for all proper operations.
